Ah those are great...similar realm as Walton Ford. Not quite on such a grand scale, but still magnificent, you must then check out Fay Ku's work.

i didn't know andrea offermann's work, but these are inspired by the novel 'The Life of Pi' by Yann Martel, which i recommend reading, if only to better understand the pieces you posted. i personally really enjoyed the book.
